I could say lots of amazing things but the truth is, this is here to keep us steady.

Monday, Wednesday this week and then I will take a break with school holidays 

and let's see what comes to me during this time if we continue or this was enough x

What the sessions will look like;

A moment to write with or without the writing prompt provided

Introduction to a core movement resource to anchor us

Musical soundscape to move, dance, create, eat breakfast, walk the dog, make love...drink your coffee and be with you.

Then a moment at the end to write with a writing prompt.

Mauri Tau / Mauri Ora

Write/dance/create/dance/write - This is a structure that I return to often. 

It gives me enough time to notice my daily grind, gives me time to create and play, 

gives me time to be with my body to move and include what is there ( MAURI ORA )

It gives me time to centre down before I go up and out to my world.

Allowing me to start the day at a place of being tau, settled nervous system and not over-activated ( MAURI TAU )

You can come to each class or jump on when it feels right.

You can have screens on or off ( I only ask for a screen on moment when you arrive so I know who you are x )

Recieve from this space what you need, right where you are. 

I would write more, but I don't think anyone needs any more input. 

We all have enough of what we need, let's spend some dedicated time with it.

Yes you really can go and walk the dog, or stay and dance in your bed... whatever works my friends, whatever works x
